This role is critical in ensuring seamless IT operations across our campuses, supporting both academic and administrative functions. Role Overview The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the institution's IT systems, including School ERP, Admissions CRM, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Android MDM. The ideal candidate will have a proactive problem-solving approach, strong technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities School ERP System Management Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the School ERP system to ensure smooth operations. Perform timely updates, ensure data accuracy, and resolve system-related issues. Provide training to staff to enhance the effective use of the system. Admissions CRM Administration Manage and optimize CRM platforms for student admissions, ensuring effective lead tracking and reporting. Customize workflows and processes to align with institutional needs. Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 Administration Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies. Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with IT protocols. Integrate productivity tools with existing infrastructure for operational efficiency. Android Mobile Device Management (MDM) Deploy, configure, and manage Android devices used across the institution. Implement security measures to protect organizational data and devices. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing timely solutions to minimize disruptions. Support staff and faculty in resolving hardware, software, and network challenges. IT Documentation & Training Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guidelines. Conduct training sessions to enhance staff proficiency in IT systems and tools. Data Security & Compliance Enforce robust data security protocols to safeguard sensitive information. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with IT policies and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Required Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT systems administration, preferably in an educational or similar environment. Technical Expertise : Strong proficiency in School ERP system management. Hands-on experience with Admissions CRM platforms. Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration. Expertise in Android MDM tools and security protocols. Skills : Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Certifications (Preferred) : Certifications in Google Workspace Administration, Microsoft 365, ITIL, or related areas.
