Responsibilities 1. Lead & Own: Spearhead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of our core Next.js applications. 2. Build & Implement: Architect and implement robust, scalable, and performant user-facing features using Next.js and Tailwind CSS. 3. Optimize: Continuously identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal Core Web Vitals and user experience. 4. Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions. 5. Maintain Quality: Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code. 6. Stay Current: Keep abreast of Next.js advancements, Tailwind CSS best practices, and emerging frontend technologies, advocating for their adoption where beneficial. Bonus Points: ● Integration of AI tools in workflow ● Experience in backend development Requirement and Skills ● Minimum 4 years of professional, hands-on experience specifically building complex, production-grade applications with Next.js. ● Proven, extensive expertise in Tailwind CSS, including custom configuration, responsive design, and building component libraries. ● Deep understanding of React.js fundamentals, hooks, component lifecycle, and state management patterns (e.g., Context API, Zustand, Redux Toolkit). ● Proficiency in TypeScript is essential. ● Strong experience with core Next.js features: Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), API Routes, and Middleware. ● Familiarity with modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier) and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). ● Proficient with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines. ● Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. ● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues independently. ● Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly. ● Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
