Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience in Business Intelligence to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and optimizing BI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics and the ability to transform data into actionable insights contributing significantly to our companys strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced Business Intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring BI solutions align with organizational objectives.

Design and optimize data models and ETL processes to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for BI solutions ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.

Monitor and troubleshoot BI systems to ensure optimal performance and resolve any issues promptly.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Conduct regular data quality assessments to ensure the integrity and reliability of BI outputs.

Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and trends to continuously improve existing solutions and propose new initiatives.

Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to maximize the utilization of BI tools and solutions.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of BI solutions with existing systems.

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights that drive business growth and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies in all BI activities.

Contribute to the strategic planning of BI initiatives to align with the companys long-term goals.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Business Intelligence with proven experience in data modeling and ETL processes.

Demonstrate proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar platforms.

Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Have a solid understanding of database management systems and SQL.

Show ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Display a proactive approach to learning and implementing new BI technologies and methodologies.

Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Certifications Required

Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) or equivalent certification in BI tools.
