We are hiring a Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Architect to lead enterprise-scale architecture, governance, and innovation across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. This role combines agentic AI design, low-code governance, and integration expertise to deliver secure, scalable, and outcome-driven solutions.
Key Outcomes
- Establish Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) with governance dashboards, DLP policies, and adoption playbooks.
- Architect and deploy Copilot Studio agents integrated with Teams and enterprise workflows.
- Implement Dataverse security (RBAC, column masking, app access control) and DLP policies for regulated workloads.
- Roll out ALM Accelerator/Pipelines for CI/CD and solution lifecycle management.
- Deliver document automation workflows (PDF/Excel parsing, summarization) and Power BI dashboards for analytics.
- Integrate Azure OpenAI responsibly for generative orchestration and cognitive search.

- Design multi-agent orchestration strategies for complex workflows.
- Implement Dataverse schemas, virtual tables, and integration with Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse.
Copilot & AI Enablement
- Build Copilot Studio conversational agents with best practices for topics, triggers, and adaptive cards.
- Govern M365 Copilot usage across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (Agent Mode).
- Integrate Azure OpenAI connectors for generative AI with secure grounding.
Governance & Security
- Deploy DLP policies, connector allow/deny lists, and environment strategy.
- Harden Dataverse with RBAC, secured columns, and app access control.
- Implement Agent 365 governance for Copilot agents with Entra identity and audit controls.
Integration & Automation
- Develop custom connectors, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions for external system integration.
- Enable document automation workflows and intelligent routing for Power Automate flows.
Analytics & Insights
- Deliver Power BI dashboards for performance monitoring and business insights.
- Instrument telemetry for ROI measurement of Copilot and automation solutions.
ALM & DevOps

- Define branch strategies, rollback plans, and CI/CD best practices.
