We are hiring a Power BI Developer they should capable to transforms raw data into meaningful business insights using Microsoft's Power BI suite of tools. The role involves everything from connecting to various data sources to designing, building, and deploying interactive dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to understand data requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Data Preparation & Modeling: Connect to, clean, and transform data from various sources (e.g., SQL databases, Excel, cloud services) using Power Query and create efficient data models.
Report & Dashboard Development: Design and build visually appealing, interactive, and user-friendly reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop.
Data Analysis Expressions (DAX): Write complex DAX formulas and measures for calculations and to enhance analytical capabilities.
Deployment & Management: Publish reports to the Power BI Service, manage workspaces, and configure automated data refresh schedules and gateways.
Performance & Security: Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and implement data security, including row-level security (RLS).
Documentation & Training: Create technical documentation and user guides, and provide training and support to end-users to promote data literacy.
Troubleshooting: Analyze and debug issues related to data integration, reports, and performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
