Job Description Creation of Domain & Email id in bulk Deactivation of Domain & Email id An MS Exchange administrator must provide day to day On-Call administration support to engineer and end users Resolve support tickets and requests Exchange DL creation & modification Maintain ID creation inventory Maintain ID deactivation inventory Mailbox Quota management (mailbox size & send/receive size) Working on VAPT report Doing ID whitelist/Blacklist on Third party Tool like Forcepoint message gateway Creation of technical documentation and maintain it Manage Mailboxes / Mailbox related tasks/permission (Service Account/Shared Account/Generic Account) released quarantined mails as per approval mails Created rule on exchange server to block incoming mail for particular ID Bulk MDM group addition/deletion Migrating user from on premises to O365 checking mail delivery issue for O365 users Mailbox Restoration Database Restoration Provide Email logs to business teams Whitelisting of application server IP on Exchange to allow mail Preparing and implementation of RFC as per request Raising case with OEM major issue/incidents Audit Report Show more Show less
