What Youll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and customize

  Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE

  solutions across versions

  2011 to D365

• Build and maintain

  plugins, workflows, and custom integrations

  using

  Dynamics CRM SDK

• Develop full-stack solutions
  

• Front-end:

  JavaScript (any modern framework/library)

• Back-end:

  C# / .NET
• Work on

  Power Platform

  components including

  Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI

• Implement and support solutions across

  Dynamics CRM On-Premise and D365 Online (Azure Cloud)

• Handle

  third-party integrations

  using tools such as

  SSIS, KingswaySoft, Scribe

  , or similar
• Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and project managers in an agile delivery model
  
• Participate in solution design, estimations, backlog grooming, UAT support, and deployment
  
• Ensure clean documentation, best practices, and high-quality client communication
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with

  Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE

• Strong expertise in

  CRM SDK

  , plugins, workflows, and custom development
• Proven experience working on

  both On-Premise CRM and D365 Online (Azure)

• Solid full-stack capability
  
• JavaScript on the front end
  
• C#/.NET on the back end
  
• Practical experience with

  Power Platform & Canvas Apps

• Exposure to

  third-party integrations

• Strong understanding of

  SQL Server, T-SQL, and data handling

• Excellent communication skills (non-negotiable)
  
• Comfortable working independently in an

  individual contributor role

• Prior experience supporting global clients is a plus
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time integrations using web services
  
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models
  
• Ability to write clean technical documentation
  
• Experience supporting production issues and complex troubleshooting
