Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate clients' travel requirements, including air tickets, hotel bookings, visa processing, and other related services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of event logistics and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Identify potential clients through market research and develop strategies to acquire new business leads.
  • Provide accurate costing estimates for events based on client requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in Travel Sales or Event Sales/MICE Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus or Galileo preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets.
