Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a MICE Operation position at SKYHI Global Travels Pvt Ltd. The MICE Operation professional will handle the organization and execution of corporate meetings, incentives, conferences, and events. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring clients' needs are met efficiently. Additionally, this role involves budget management, real-time expense tracking, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure successful, memorable events.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination and vendor management
• Skills in budget management, expense tracking, and contract negotiation
• Proficiency in client relations and customer service
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in New Delhi
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field
