MICE Associate

This role will be to coordinate with the client regarding MICE requirements, booking and end-to-end MICE solutions - freshers are considered.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) requirements and tailor services accordingly.
• Establish and maintain clear communication with clients to address requests and provide updates.
• Assist in the management of conference planning aspects, from logistics to coordination, to ensure successful execution.
• Support the coordination with Domestic Hotel Partners to secure accommodations and event spaces.
• Help manage interactions with Domestic Vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and meet client expectations.
• Work harmoniously with the cross-functional team to deliver exceptional MICE experiences.
• Demonstrate a strong spirit of teamwork and cooperation in all tasks and projects

Requirements

• Strong interest in MICE operations and conference planning.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A demonstrated ability to be a team player, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
