About the Role:

Corporate Sales Manager – MICE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire and manage corporate clients for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
  • Generate new business opportunities through corporate networking, relationship management, and market intelligence.
  • Identify and close MICE-related opportunities including corporate events, incentive trips, offsites, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by offering customized travel and event solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from client acquisition, proposal creation, and negotiation to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with operations, event management, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate programs.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
  • Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the corporate MICE segment.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum

    10 years of experience

    in

    Corporate Sales (MICE segment)

    strictly not B2B or retail.
  • Strong existing network of corporate clients across industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in

    English

    (written and verbal).
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and handle high-value corporate accounts.
  • Professional, confident, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as per business requirements.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
