Job Description

Were looking for a high-energy, target-driven professional to lead our business development efforts. As Head – Business Development , you’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads, closing new accounts, and expanding our footprint in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) domain. Key Responsibilities: Generate new B2B leads and build a strong sales pipeline Close deals and grow client accounts across corporate and institutional sectors Drive partnerships and build a strong brand presence in the MICE industry Lead business development meetings and presentations Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for client onboarding Track and report performance metrics weekly Requirements: Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition Strong network in the events, hospitality, or corporate travel sector Excellent communication and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently Prior experience in a leadership role is a plus What We Offer: Fixed CTC + high performance-based incentives Dynamic work environment with room to grow Opportunity to shape the sales strategy of a growing company
