**Job Description:** As a Sales Executive at our company, you will be responsible for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities. Your role will involve ensuring that business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for efficient service delivery. You will play a key part in leading day-to-day sales activities, focusing on developing long-term, value-based customer relationships that contribute to achieving sales objectives. Your main goal will be to achieve personal sales targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with off-property sales channels to coordinate and complement sales efforts, avoiding duplication. - Strengthen relationships with both existing and potential customers through activities such as sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, and trade shows. - Expand the customer base by developing relationships within the community. - Manage and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Participate in sales calls with the sales team to acquire new business and close deals. - Support the operational aspects of booked business, including generating proposals, writing contracts, and customer correspondence. - Identify new business opportunities to meet personal and location revenue goals. - Stay informed about market trends, target customer information, and competitors to maximize revenue. - Provide exceptional customer service to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field from an accredited university, with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area; OR - 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field, with 1 year of experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area.
