**Role Overview:** As a Sales and Marketing Manager at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Serviced Apartments Pune, your primary responsibility is to proactively solicit and handle sales opportunities. You will ensure that business is turned over properly and in a timely manner for efficient service delivery. Your focus will be on building long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives and personal sales goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with off-property sales channels to coordinate sales efforts and avoid duplications. - Strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers through activities like sales calls, entertainment, trade shows, etc. - Develop community relationships to expand the customer base for sales opportunities. - Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. - Participate in sales calls to acquire new business and support the operational aspects of booked business. - Identify new business opportunities to meet revenue goals and understand market trends and customer information. - Provide exceptional customer service by executing the company's service and relationship strategy. - Obtain feedback from guests on product quality and service levels to ensure customer satisfaction. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major with 3 years of sales and marketing experience; OR - 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major with 1 year of sales and marketing experience. **Additional Information:** At Marriott International, diversity and inclusion are core values.
