Job Description

The position is responsible for proactively seeking and managing sales opportunities, ensuring proper turnover of business for efficient service delivery. You will play a key role in leading daily sales activities, focusing on cultivating long-term, value-driven customer relationships that facilitate the achievement of sales targets. Your goal will be to achieve personal sales objectives. To qualify for this role, you must possess a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field from an accredited university, along with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or a similar professional area. Alternatively, a 4-year bachelor's degree in the mentioned majors, along with 1 year of relevant experience, will also be considered. Your core responsibilities will include: Building Successful Relationships that Generate Sales Opportunities: - Collaborating with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated and effective sales efforts. - Strengthening relationships with both existing and potential customers to drive future bookings through various activities such as sales calls, entertainment events, FAM trips, and trade shows. - Developing connections within the community to expand the customer base and enhance sales opportunities. - Managing and nurturing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. - Providing accurate turnover to Event Management for seamless service delivery. Managing Sales Activities: - Participating in sales calls with the sales team to secure new business deals and close ongoing business transactions. - Handling the operational aspects of booked business, including generating proposals, drafting contracts, and managing customer correspondence. Utilizing Knowledge of Market Trends and Target Customer Information to Maximize Revenue: - Identifying new business opportunities to meet personal and location revenue targets. - Understanding the market landscape, including competitors" strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, and demand patterns, to strategize sales approaches. - Capitalizing on the best opportunities based on market conditions and location requirements. - Understanding the primary target customer and their service expectations to offer tailored business solutions. Providing Exceptional Customer Service: - Supporting the company's service and relationship strategy to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. - Serving customers to expand account share and uphold customer service standards. - Delivering excellent customer service aligned with the company's daily service principles. - Setting a positive example in guest relations and actively seeking feedback on product quality and service levels.
