Job Description

Join the GRC practice supporting MetricStream, ServiceNow, and OpenPages platforms
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver MetricStream-based solutions
Develop and customize MetricStream modules using Business Rules and Emery
Configure workflows and forms aligned with client-specific GRC needs
Design and implement integrations using Java, SQL/PLSQL, and JavaScript
Troubleshoot application issues and support performance optimization
Ensure code quality, maintain documentation, and follow standard development practices
Contribute to implementation planning, testing, and deployment activities
Stay updated with platform updates and best practices in GRC implementation

Skills & Requirements

Mandatory

3 5 years of hands-on experience with the MetricStream MSI platform
Strong knowledge of Business Rules and Emery scripting
Proficient in JavaScript, SQL/PLSQL, and Java
Experience in GRC module development and customization
Ability to analyze requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Desirable

Experience working with ReactJS for UI enhancements
