About the Role:

Metaverse Experience Designer

Immersive Experience Design

Design engaging and intuitive user experiences for metaverse platforms (VR, AR, 3D worlds, etc.)
Map user journeys and interaction flows within virtual environments
Collaborate with 3D artists and developers to bring immersive worlds to life

Conceptualize and co-create 3D environments and spatial layouts
Design UI/UX elements for in-world interfaces, virtual menus, and HUDs
Optimize visual and spatial consistency across various platforms (VR, desktop, mobile)

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of immersive UX principles and spatial design
Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Blender, Unity, or Unreal Engine
Knowledge of VR/AR development pipelines or metaverse platforms (e.g., Spatial, Roblox, Decentraland, Horizon Worlds)
Excellent storytelling, visualization, and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams (designers, devs, storytellers, marketers)
