Job Description

Job Title: Meta & Google Ads Manager

  • Plan, create, and manage high-performing

    Meta (Facebook, Instagram)

    and

    Google (Search, Display, YouTube)

    ad campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough keyword and audience research to maximize reach and conversion.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.
  • Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient spending across all channels.
  • Create and test different ad creatives, formats, and copy variations.
  • Utilize

    AI-based tools

    for ad content generation, performance prediction, and automation.
  • Analyze data and generate actionable insights using analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
  • Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools

    (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, AdCreative.ai, or automation tools) to enhance campaign performance and creativity.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification.
  • Experience with e-commerce or lead-generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
