Job Description

As a Meta & Google Ads Manager at Homeless Care Foundation, your role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google. You will be crucial in expanding donor outreach, fundraising efforts, and creating awareness about the organization's humanitarian projects. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. - Conduct audience research, keyword planning, and donor targeting to enhance campaign reach. - Collaborate with the content and design team to develop impactful ad creatives. - Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics like CTR, CPC, ROI, donations, and leads. - Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI within allocated budgets. - Ensure compliance with Meta & Google's advertising guidelines for NGOs. - Coordinate closely with the fundraising and communications team to align ads with ongoing campaigns and projects. - Stay updated on digital marketing trends and fundraising innovations. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred). - Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. - Strong knowledge of digital fundraising and donor acquisition strategies. - Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools. - Excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize performance. - Strong creativity and copywriting skills for impactful donor-focused campaigns. - Experience working with NGOs or donor communications (preferred). In addition to your responsibilities, you will need to possess key competencies such as data-driven decision-making, strong project and time management skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for social impact and commitment to Homeless Care Foundation's mission. Please note that the standard office timings are from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. However, as campaigns may require active 24-hour monitoring, there may be occasional requirements to work beyond normal hours, including weekends, during peak campaign periods or festive seasons. The compensation for this position is competitive within the NGO sector and will be commensurate with your skills and experience.
