Job Description

We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our finance services team. The primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients, inform them about our financial products and services, address their queries, and generate new leads over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to explain the benefits of our financial products and services. Respond to client queries and provide excellent customer service. Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system. Meet daily and weekly call and lead generation targets. Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Skills & Qualifications: Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Basic understanding of finance is a plus but not mandatory. Confident, persuasive, and able to handle client objections. Positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection professionally. Basic computer and CRM software skills. Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred but freshers are welcome to apply.
