Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and audience network)
  • Set up campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, including objectives, budgets, placements, and bidding strategies
  • Build and manage custom audiences and lookalike audiences for prospecting and retargeting
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and CPA
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audience segments, and landing pages
  • Install and manage Meta Pixel and Conversions API for event tracking and optimization
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives
  • Ensure ad content complies with Meta’s advertising policies and best practices
  • Analyze performance data and generate regular reports with actionable insights
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaign goals and messaging
  • Integrate campaigns with CRM systems, landing pages, and analytics tools
  • Stay updated with Meta platform changes, industry trends, and competitive strategies
  • Test new ad formats, features, and beta tools to improve campaign performance
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues related to delivery, targeting, or tracking
