Our evergreen best-sellers lie in the ₹4,000 – ₹15,000 range, which is the focus of our online sales growth strategy.

We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Specialist (no freshers, please) with a proven track record of delivering sales results for fashion/jewelry/ethnic wear brands—preferably Indian women’s ethnic wear with a similar ticket size.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) targeting sales and conversions.
• Build conversion-focused ad funnels for evergreen products (₹4k–₹15k), premium outfits (₹15k–₹50k), and luxury outfits (₹50k–₹1 lakh).
• Strategize audience research, custom/lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
• Run catalog ads, video ads, and retargeting strategies to maximize revenue.
• Provide weekly performance reports with ad spend, sales achieved, and ROI.
• Continuously test creatives, formats, and placements to improve ROAS.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience running Meta Ads for fashion, jewelry, or ethnic wear brands (Indian women’s ethnic wear preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales for products priced between ₹4k–₹15k.
• Strong command of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
• Proven portfolio of sales results (before/after numbers and growth achieved) from past brands.
• Analytical and creative mindset with a focus on performance marketing & scaling.
• Independent, result-driven, and capable of handling campaigns end-to-end.

Compensation

This is a Performance-Based Partnership:

• Earn 5–7% commission on the revenue you generate from ads.
• The more sales you bring, the more you earn.
• No fixed salary – we value results, not hours.
