Social Media Manager (Female)

Creative Content Creation

• Develop trendy and engaging content ideas for Instagram Reels, posts, and stories.
• Coordinate with models and the shoot team to ensure an attractive visual output.
• Understand brand aesthetics and creatively showcase products on the web and Instagram.

Influencer & Model Collaboration

• Identify and negotiate with influencers and fashion models relevant to our category.
• Finalize collaborations and handle communication.
• Assist in planning and managing shoots (E-commerce + Reels).

Social Media Management

• Handle Instagram and other social media handles professionally.
• Monitor comments, DMs, and engage with audience daily.
• Plan content calendar and execute timely posting.

Lead Handling

• Reply to customer leads and queries generated from social media.
• Maintain follow-ups with potential buyers.

Team Coordination

• Act as a bridge between the creative, shoot, and social media teams.
• Ensure smooth execution of daily marketing and communication tasks.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidate preferred (as per brand image requirements).
• Prior 1 year of experience in social media or influencer marketing is a plus.
• Should be camera-friendly and confident while coordinating with models and creators.
• Higher knowledge of Instagram trends, fashion content.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi & English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
