Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, etc.) for clients in various industries.
• Develop audience targeting strategies and create engaging ad creatives aligned with campaign goals.
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, traffic, and brand awareness.
• Perform A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative analysis to maximize performance.
• Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure ROI targets are met.
• Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and account managers to ensure campaign success.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong expertise in lead generation and e-commerce campaign management.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is a must.
• Proven ability to manage international clients and understand cross-market strategies.
• Hands-on experience with audience targeting, ad creative testing, and conversion tracking.
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
