Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram Ads campaigns.
• Identify target audience and manage ad segmentation.
• Execute lead generation, brand awareness, and sales conversion campaigns.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and audiences.
• Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
• Set up and monitor Facebook Pixel / Conversion API for tracking.
• Manage retargeting & remarketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with content/design team for ad creatives.
• Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports.
• Suggest new strategies for scaling campaigns.
