Job Title: Meta Ads Manager Location: Siliguri Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Meta Ads Manager to lead our paid social media advertising efforts on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and experienced in building campaigns that drive high-quality leads, conversions, and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns aligned with business goals. Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation to optimize campaign performance. Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, formats, and audience segments to improve results. Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creatives, including images, videos, and copy. Manage budgets, bids, and schedules for campaigns efficiently to maximize ROI. Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, trends, and opportunities. Stay updated on the latest Meta advertising trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience managing Meta/Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns. Experience with Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and conversion tracking. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
