About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Meta Ads & Google Ads Executive with hands-on experience in managing performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate must have worked in an agency environment for at least one year and possess deep knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, etc.).

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to achieve ROI-driven results for diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis for campaign setup.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, optimize bids, budgets, and ad creatives to maximize ROI.
• Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for better performance.
• Track and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest ad trends, policies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the design, content, and strategy teams to achieve client goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns in an agency environment.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video/YouTube).
• In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio (Looker Studio), UTM tracking.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint (preferred, but not mandatory).
