Job Description

Meta Ads Specialist

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.
Conduct audience research, create lookalike audiences, and manage retargeting.
Write compelling ad copy and work with the design team on creatives.
Set up A/B tests (ad creatives, headlines, landing pages).
Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and optimize for best results.
Provide weekly performance reports and suggest improvements.
Stay updated on Meta Ads trends, policies, and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience running successful
Meta Ads campaigns
.
Strong understanding of funnels, targeting, and budget optimization.
Hands-on experience with
Meta Business Manager & Ads Manager
.
Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on metrics.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in
healthcare, wellness, or local service niches

Knowledge of Google Ads (bonus).
