Role Description

results-driven Meta Ads Expert

deeply analytical, performance-focused

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize

  Meta Ads campaigns

  (Lead Gen, Traffic, Conversions, Sales, Awareness)
• Manage

  full-funnel campaigns

  including prospecting, retargeting, and scaling
• Perform

  advanced campaign optimization

  (audience testing, creatives, placements, bidding, budgets)
• Monitor key performance metrics:

  CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate

• Analyze campaign data to identify insights, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Create and maintain

  daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

• Present campaign insights and recommendations to internal teams or clients
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for

  ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing

• Ensure accurate

  tracking and attribution

  (Pixel, CAPI basics, events)
• Stay updated with

  Meta platform changes, policies, and best practices

Skills and Requirements

• 34 years of proven experience managing

  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Strong expertise in

  campaign optimization, scaling, and performance analysis

• Proficient in

  Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and analytics dashboards

• Solid understanding of

  audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies

• Hands-on experience with

  A/B testing frameworks

• Strong skills in

  reporting & data visualization

  (Google Sheets / Excel / Looker Studio bonus)
• Ability to translate data into

  actionable insights and strategies

• Experience managing

  medium to large ad budgets

• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
