Job Title: Performance Marketer (Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert)

Experience: 1-3 Years

Salary:₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (2nd & 4th Saturday WFH)

Mandatory Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop

Brand Monkey is looking for a Performance Marketer with expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads to drive impactful digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record in optimizing paid media strategies to maximize ROI.

• Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Manage and track marketing budgets effectively.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and consumer behavior.
• Manage D2C and shopping campaigns to boost sales and engagement.
• Handle media buying strategies to scale performance.
• A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and targeting to improve conversions.
