Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Meta Ads Expert, located in Lucknow, with some work from home acceptable. The Meta Ads Expert will be responsible for managing and optimizing Meta ad campaigns, developing and executing advertising strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and providing actionable insights. Day-to-day tasks include ad creation, budget management, audience targeting, and performance reporting. Qualifications Experience in managing Meta ad campaigns, including ad creation, budget management, and audience targeting Strong analytical skills to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights Proficiency in advertising strategy development and execution Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment Prior experience in digital marketing, particularly with Meta platforms, is preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
