You will be joining Digitaiga, a B2B digital solutions provider focused on influencer marketing, talent management, and website design & development. By offering campaign strategies supported by in-depth research, we ensure that brands are well-managed and effectively promoted to their target audiences. As a Meta Ads Expert in this full-time hybrid role based in Lucknow, you will have the opportunity to work partly from home. Your main responsibilities will include managing and optimizing Meta ad campaigns, creating and implementing advertising strategies, evaluating campaign performance, and providing valuable insights. Your daily tasks will involve ad creation, budget supervision, audience targeting, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns - Develop and execute advertising strategies - Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights - Create ads, manage budgets, target specific audiences, and report on performance Qualifications: - Prior experience in managing Meta ad campaigns, including ad creation, budget management, and audience targeting - Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and offer actionable insights - Proficiency in developing and executing advertising strategies - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting - Preferred prior experience in digital marketing, especially with Meta platforms - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field,
