We’re looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive with 1-2 year of experience who’s eager to grow in the digital marketing space. You’ll play a key role in helping us bring in new business, manage relationships, and scale our operations. This role is perfect for someone with a marketing or sales background who wants to work in a fast-growing performance marketing agency. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify potential clients via LinkedIn, cold emails, online research, and networking platforms. Client Acquisition: Pitch digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.) to prospective clients and convert leads into paying customers. Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and executing B2B sales campaigns and outreach strategies. Client Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery. Follow-ups & Deal Closure: Conduct follow-ups, address objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Proposal Writing: Draft tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations for client requirements. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to help refine our sales approach. CRM Management: Keep detailed records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
