Key Responsibilities – MERN Developer ● Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack. ● Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with proper documentation. ● Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. ● Collaborate with designers, QA, and other developers on projects.
● Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth performance. ● Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security. ● Stay updated with the latest trends in web technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. ● Hands-on experience (6 months – 1 year full time job experience) in MERN Stack Development. ● Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB. ● Understanding of REST APIs, Git, and version control. ● Familiarity with front-end tools like Redux, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS (added advantage). ● Problem-solving mindset with strong logical & analytical skills. ● Good teamwork and communication abilities.
