About The Opportunity

A product engineering organization in the web applications and enterprise SaaS sector, delivering high-performance, user-centric solutions for B2B and consumer customers. We build modern, scalable single-page applications and cloud-enabled back-ends that solve real business problems across industries.We are hiring an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join an on-site engineering team in India to design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications used in production by enterprise customers.Role & Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive React-based front-ends with reusable UI components and state management for complex single-page applications.
Implement robust Node.js + Express APIs and microservices, ensuring secure, well-documented RESTful endpoints and proper error handling.
Model and maintain MongoDB schemas, write efficient queries, and optimise database performance and indexing strategies.
Write unit and integration tests, conduct code reviews, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure release quality and reliability.
Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and QA to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and rapid iterations.
Identify and resolve performance, security, and scalability issues; implement observability and monitoring for production systems.

Qualifications

Proven experience building production MERN applications and delivering end-to-end features.
Strong understanding of web application architecture, security best practices, and performance optimisation.
This is an on-site role based in India; candidates must be available to work from the company office.
