Key Responsibilities – Project Manager (MERN Stack) ● Lead and manage a team of MERN stack developers ● Assign tasks and manage workload to ensure timely delivery ● Conduct code reviews and enforce best development practices ● Collaborate with designers, QA, and stakeholders to meet project goals ● Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver reliable, scalable solutions ● Mentor junior team members and encourage continuous improvement
● Stay current with the latest tech trends and best practices
Role Requirements ● 6 months to 1 year of experience in MERN stack development ● Strong leadership, analytical, and team management skills ● Ability to independently manage tasks and resolve challenges ● Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities ● Proven mentoring or team leadership capabilities
