MERN Stack Developer

1. Training & Instruction

• Deliver comprehensive training on MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Explain full-stack development concepts, including RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, authentication, and deployment.
• Conduct hands-on coding sessions, live projects, and real-world application development.

2. Curriculum Development

• Design, structure, and update course content, lesson plans, and project modules.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with current industry trends, tools, and best practices.

3. Student Mentorship

• Guide students in building real-time projects using the MERN stack.
• Review code, debug errors, and provide feedback on assignments and projects.
• Assist students in creating a professional GitHub portfolio.

4. Evaluation & Reporting

• Conduct regular assessments through quizzes, coding challenges, and project evaluations.
• Track student performance, attendance, and engagement.
• Provide progress reports to academic coordinators or parents (if applicable).

5. Technical Support & Career Readiness

• Teach version control (Git/GitHub), deployment (Heroku, Vercel, etc.), and database integration.
• Provide interview preparation, resume building, and technical guidance.
• Help students understand agile practices and developer workflows.

6. Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with latest trends in JavaScript and web development.
• Participate in team meetings, faculty development sessions, and tech webinars.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming, state management, and frontend/backend integration.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
