Job Description

MERN Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development


  • Build interactive UI components using

    React.js

    and

    Next.js

    .
  • Implement SSR (Server-Side Rendering), ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration), and dynamic routing using Next.js.
  • Convert Figma/design mockups into responsive front-end components.
  • Optimize UI performance and accessibility across devices.


Backend Development


  • Develop APIs using

    Node.js

    and

    Express.js

    .
  • Handle CRUD operations and data modeling with

    MongoDB

    using Mongoose.
  • Integrate third-party services and libraries as required.
  • Implement secure authentication and role-based access control.


Development Workflow & Best Practices


  • Follow Git-based version control and branching workflows.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployments.
  • Use modern tools to improve collaboration and code quality (e.g., Cursor, VS Code Live Share, Prettier, ESLint).
  • Work in Agile teams with sprints, standups, and regular feedback loops.


Required Skills:


  • 1–2 years

    of full-stack development experience using the

    MERN stack

  • Solid experience with:

  • React.js

    Next.js

  • Node.js

    ,

    Express.js

  • MongoDB

    , Mongoose
  • Proficient in

    JavaScript (ES6+)

    , HTML5, CSS3.
  • Familiarity with

  • Understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab workflows.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
