Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled MERN Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing and developing full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building scalable APIs and integrating frontend components, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack.
• Write clean, modular, and scalable code following best practices.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
• Work with MongoDB including indexing, aggregation, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams for seamless integration.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
• Stay updated with the latest web development technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, Hooks, and Context API.
• Expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and scalable API development.
• Experience with MongoDB and Mongoose.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with GraphQL.
• Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time applications.
• Exposure to microservices architecture.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
