Hashcodex is seeking a proficient MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performance web applications and contributing to the development of innovative, real-world solutions.

Position Details

Role: MERN Stack Developer
Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu (Preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer using the MERN stack.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and API architecture.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha (preferred).
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
