Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project teams in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, coordinating tasks, and facilitating effective communication among teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing project activities and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project tasks.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
• Handle communication between departments and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues and assist in finding resolutions.
• Support the Project Manager in day-to-day operations and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project) is an added advantage.
• Candidates from Madurai are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
