About the Role We are seeking a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js , and be comfortable working in an agile environment to deliver high-quality products. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack . Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, Product) to deliver robust and scalable features. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development. Required Skills Strong proficiency in JavaScript , React.js , Node.js , Express.js , and MongoDB . Good understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON . Familiarity with Git and version control workflows. Experience with frontend state management (Redux / Context API). Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design . Understanding of server-side rendering , authentication (JWT/OAuth) , and authorization mechanisms . Experience in deploying applications on cloud services (AWS, Vercel, Netlify, or similar) is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,542.70 - ₹59,853.77 per month Work Location: In person
