The role

We’re hiring a MERN Stack Developer (at least internship-level experience required) who can build clean, modular, and efficient web applications.

You won’t just be coding screens, you’ll collaborate with product owners and senior developers to design, build, and deploy full-stack solutions that power intelligent workflows.

What you'll be doing

• Develop responsive frontends using React.js
• Build scalable backends using Node.js & Express.js
• Work with MongoDB for data modeling and management
• Integrate APIs and third-party services into applications
• Debug, test, and optimize deployments for performance
• Write clear documentation for the components you build
• Communicate progress and blockers in an async-first style

What we're looking for

• At least internship-level experience with the MERN stack (professional projects, live apps, or internships)
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals
• Ability to write clean, modular, and reusable code
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata and work onsite

Compensation & Workstyle

• Salary: ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,40,000 per year (based on skill and fit)
