MERN Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong understanding of full-stack development and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using the MERN stack.
• Create and manage RESTful APIs using Express.js and Node.js.
• Develop dynamic front-end interfaces with React.js and related technologies.
• Integrate databases and ensure secure and efficient data management using MongoDB.
• Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, other developers, and stakeholders to implement new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
• Understanding of database design and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of security and data protection practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or Next.js.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Firebase.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to containerization tools like Docker.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,296.00 - ₹27,879.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sohana, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
