Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Reactjs and Nextjs or MERN Developer to assist our team in identifying new business opportunities and supporting our growth strategies. This role offers hands-on experience in Development, Project Management and client management . Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and talented ReactJS and Next.js Developer / MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Junior Developer, you will work with a team of experienced developers to build, maintain, and optimize modern web applications. You will focus on delivering high-quality user interfaces and contribute to the overall growth of our products. Education & Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Experience: 1 year of experience working with ReactJS and Next.js/MERN. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in ReactJS: Experience with ReactJS fundamentals, including state management, hooks, lifecycle methods, and component-based architecture. Next.js : Familiarity with Next.js, particularly its SSR (server-side rendering) and SSG (static site generation) features. MERN: Should have good hands-on experience with Nodejs and Expressjs. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), including concepts like promises, async/await, and modules. Responsive Web Design: Understanding of responsive design principles and experience with CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, TailwindCSS). Version Control: Experience using Git for version control and collaborating with team members using GitHub/GitLab. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome technical challenges. Understanding of APIs: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and knowledge of how to fetch and manage data. Good Knowledge of Frontend and Backend. Preferred Skills (Nice to have): TypeScript: Experience with TypeScript for strongly-typed JavaScript applications. State Management Libraries: Familiarity with state management tools like Redux, Context API, or Recoil. Testing Libraries: Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. CI/CD Pipelines: Understanding of continuous integration and deployment processes. Cloud Platforms: Basic knowledge of deploying applications on cloud platforms like Vercel, Netlify, or AWS.
