Job Description: We are looking for a Web Designer or UI Designer (Freshers) to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about web development and UI/UX design and have foundational knowledge in HTML, CSS, and Figma. As a fresher, you will be given the opportunity to work on live projects and gain hands-on experience in building websites and web applications. Key Responsibilities: HTML/CSS Development: Write clean, well-structured, and responsive HTML and CSS to create attractive and functional web pages. Implement design files into responsive web layouts using HTML and CSS. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and make the website mobile-friendly. UI Design using Figma: Collaborate with senior designers to create UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma. Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces that meet the project’s requirements. Work with developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately. Basic Web Design & Prototyping: Create and modify web components like buttons, navigation bars, and forms. Support in the design and prototyping process by making interactive prototypes in Figma. Collaborative Work: Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality web projects on time. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on design and development processes. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Basic Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3: Familiarity with creating responsive and accessible websites using HTML and CSS. Understanding of Figma: Comfortable using Figma for designing and prototyping, and understanding how to collaborate on design files. Good Eye for Design: Ability to create clean, visually appealing designs, and an understanding of UI/UX principles. Responsive Web Design: Understanding of mobile-first design principles and techniques for making websites responsive. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail when working on designs and code to ensure consistency and accuracy. Problem-Solving Mindset: Eagerness to learn and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Preferred (but not required): Knowledge of Front-End Frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind): Basic understanding of front-end frameworks is a plus.
