MERN Full Stack Developer

You should have hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and possess a strong problem-solving mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, test, and deploy robust web applications using the MERN stack. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, product managers, QA) to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices. - Optimise application performance for maximum speed and scalability. - Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and databases. - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 3-8 years of professional experience in MERN full-stack development. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (preferred). - Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. - Good understanding of Redux, React Hooks, and Context API. - Strong knowledge of REST APIs / GraphQL. - Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus. - Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. **Good to Have:** - Experience with Next.js or React Native. - Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience in unit testing and test automation frameworks. - Domain knowledge of cybersecurity. - Experience with IAM, or secure web development practices.
