Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to independently lead and execute end-to-end Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategic Finance initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing transactions from origination through closure, including deal structuring, valuation, negotiations, and funding, while working closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Mergers & Acquisitions

• Lead M&A transactions end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution
• Review and analyse target companies, including financial statements, operational performance, loan documents, covenants, capex, and contingent liabilities
• Drive detailed financial, operational, legal, and tax due diligence
• Prepare business plans, financial models, and valuation analyses
• Structure transactions and negotiate commercial terms with stakeholders
• Coordinate and finalize transaction documentation
• Present investment opportunities, deal rationale, and outcomes to senior management and the Board

Strategic Finance & Fund Raising

• Design and execute funding strategies aligned with overall business objectives
• Prepare and negotiate deal and financing documentation
• Finalize offer documents and support regulatory or listing-related requirements where applicable
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, financial institutions, advisors, and intermediaries

Decision-Making Authority

• Independently lead transactions and drive end-to-end deal execution
• Make recommendations on transaction structuring, valuation, and funding strategies

Education

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance)

Experience

• 10+ years of relevant experience in M&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance
