We’re Hiring | Merchandising Manager – Denim & Woven Bottoms
📍 Location: Bangalore
💰 Budget: 12 LPA
We are hiring a Merchandising Manager to lead end-to-end product development and order execution for denim and woven bottoms. The role involves costing, margin optimisation, vendor management, sampling, T&A tracking, and ensuring >95% OTIF delivery. The ideal candidate will manage multi-vendor operations, oversee wash development, ensure fit and quality consistency, and drive sustainable processes. Candidates must have 5–8 years of merchandising experience, including strong exposure to denim fabrics, washing techniques, costing, and production follow-up. Proficiency in ERP/PLM systems and advanced Excel is essential. Strong negotiation, analytical skills, and cross-functional coordination are key to success.
