Job Description

*Key Responsibilities*

Coordinate with clients to understand order requirements, specifications, and delivery timelines.
Manage product sampling, costing, and order confirmations.
Work closely with production, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
Monitor inventory levels, raw material requirements, and production schedules.
Maintain documentation related to orders, pricing, and client communication.
Ensure quality standards are met as per client expectations.
Track shipments, follow up on dispatches, and resolve any operational issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on order status and production progress.

*Skills & Requirements*

Experience in merchandising within the steel or metal industry
Strong coordination and communication skills
Knowledge of steel grades, products, and manufacturing processes (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
